JPC's Whistleblower Policy
Independant Board Oversight and Whistleblower Reporting
The Judicial Process Commission (JPC) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. We encourage employees, volunteers, community members, and stakeholders to report suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, conflicts of interest, financial irregularities, or violations of organizational policies without fear of retaliation.
Independent Board Oversight
Whistleblower complaints involving the Executive Director will bypass executive leadership and management entirely and be directed to JPC’s Governance Committee or other independent members of the Board of Directors.
The Executive Director will have no authority over intake, assignment, investigation, deliberation, or final determination of any complaint involving them.
All complaints will be reviewed promptly, fairly, and impartially, with independent oversight and appropriate corrective action when warranted.
Confidentiality and Protection Against Retaliation
JPC accepts confidential and anonymous whistleblower reports and makes reasonable efforts to protect the identity of reporting individuals. Information will be shared only with authorized individuals who have a legitimate need to know or as required by law. all reports will be handled with discretion and sensitivity.Â
JPC strictly prohibits retaliation, intimidation, harassment, discrimination, or adverse action against anyone who submits a good-faith complaint or participates in an investigation

Individuals wishing to report a concern may do so by completing the Confidential Whistleblower Complaint Form provided below or emailing the designating reporting address.

The online complaint form allows individuals to submit concerns confidentially or anonymously. Providing your name and contact informational is optional.
All complaints submitted through the form or designated email will be handled in accordance with JPC’s Whistleblower Protection Policy.
