Housing Navigator/Case Manager
Our Housing Navigator/Case Manager assists individuals and families in finding and securing safe affordable housing. This role involves assessing needs, developing housing plans, connecting clients with resources, and advocating for them throughout the housing search and application process.
Navigators will also build relationships with landlords, property managers, and other service providers to expand housing options.
