Our YPS (Youth Peer Specialist) will provide individualized support for transition-aged youth up to 24 years old who have shared experiences in youth-serving systems like Behavioral Health, Foster Care, and Juvenile Detention. This shared background fosters empathy and enhances support effectiveness.

JPC is looking for someone to help people reintegrate into society after they have been involved in the criminal justice system. Our participants often face many challenges such as homelessness, mental health issues, addiction, and trauma. Many Recovery Specialists have lived experience with reentry or recovery. Our Recovery Specialists provide support through shared understanding, respect, and empowerment. This support is essential for helping people stay on their recovery journeys, reducing the chances of going back to old habits or reoffending.

Our Office Administrator supports the Executive Director in coordinating business communication. Their essential duties include creating and maintaining recordkeeping systems and facilitating client communication. They also schedule appointments, direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage meeting schedules. They may also perform other administrative roles such as scheduling appointments, taking notes in meetings, booking travel when necessary, and supporting current programming needs.

Our Service Coordinator provides support to former justice-involved individuals looking to restore their civil liberties while removing barriers to employability, educational opportunities and housing. Their essential duties would include person-centered service planning, receiving new referrals and administering high-risk assessment tool.
